South London Sikh Youth - Coronavirus Sikh Support - Urgent Need for Volunteers
Update as of 6 April 2020

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh!
Coronavirus Sikh Support - Urgent Need for Volunteers
With Vaheguru ji's blessings, local volunteers from South London Sikh Youth and GND Street Seva have joined forces to provide support for the elderly and vulnerable who are self isolating due to the Covid 19 Pandemic (aka Coronavirus Pandemic). Areas covered currently include Dartford, Bexley, Lewisham, Woolwich and Greenwich. The amount of support needed is growing. Our volunteers are able to deliver free hot meals, pick up/drop off medications and essential shopping to individuals in high risk categories who are in isolation. #SupportOurCommunity #Langar

With Guru Sahib’s blessings, we have now been approached by Lewisham hospital and Queen Elizabeth hospital to help provide hot meals for the NHS staff whilst they battle Covid-19. Local sevadars believe it’s our duty to step up in this time of need.  #SupportTheNHS #Langar

Therefore, after discussions with Gurdwara Sahib Woolwich, we will be providing hot meals from a secure and safe kitchen. For sangat to take part in seva, the roles and what seva is required, please see the poster.

We now need your support.... Can you donate the essentials?? Can you donate Dasvandh??? Can you donate your time???
We all need to come together for this seva to help those that need it.
